Welcome to Apoka Guest Lodge. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is from 14:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability upon request. 2. Payment: Full payment or a required deposit must be settled prior to or upon check-in to confirm your booking. 3. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may be subject to a fee equivalent to the first night's stay. 4. House Rules: Guests are requested to maintain reasonable noise levels, especially between 22:00 PM and 07:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms. 5. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property equipment or furnishings during their stay.
